Halloween Giveaway!

I am so excited to tell you all about the first Giveaway for Lipstick & Chiffon and its Halloween themed! 

So I have been trying to think of some great ideas for Halloween Tutorials and am at a loss! I am leaving it to you lovely readers to help me out. 

So here is the jist of the Giveaway:

Starts on 10.10.13 at 12 pm ET and ends on 10.14.13 at 12 pm ET

Would love for you to be a follower of my blog through Bloglovin' 

In the comment section below give me your name and email address and a great idea for a Halloween costume

I will have a top 10 list with the your name, link to your blog (if you have one), and your Halloween Costume idea (on 10.16.13)

I will then choose two winners along with help from my panel of judges (My Mom, sister and boyfriend (Jon)), announced on 10.17.13

The two winners will get a lovely box shipped to them in time for Halloween with the main components of the look that I create from their idea 

The two tutorials will be done a day or two after the two winners have been announced

* Sorry to all of my overseas viewers but due to time constrain I will only be choosing winners from contestants in the continental U.S.
