When I saw the new ad for the Rouge Dior campaign I absolutely fell in love with it! Simple yet chic and Natalie Portman was of course perfect for this! As you all know I love Dior's 999 lipstick and I love the new formula even more! If you want to read more about it, check out my other post: New Exciting Products in Dior.

Seeing this ad truly got me wanting a pair of boyfriend jeans to add to my wardrobe. So when I decided to do a post inspired by their Dior Rouge campaign I started on my hunt for finding the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans! Here is the post I did earlier this week showing the options I found on my shopping trip: In Search of the Perfect Boyfriend Style Jeans. As you can see I chose to get the Express pair, they fit perfectly and were nice and flattering. It was between these and the Nordstrom pair, but trusty old Express Jeans won in the end. What do you guys think of my choice?

When in came to styling this outfit I decided not to stick to the exact styling of the shoot. I chose to keep things on the lighter end of the neutral palette; especially since I am always trying to bring more color or at least less black clothing into my everyday. I picked out a fresh white t-shirt and this khaki color "swazer" I got at T.J.Maxx. Both simple companions to my new Boyfriend Styled Jeans  from Express. As for the heels I kept the same style but chose these beauties I got from ShoeMint.

This is a great outfit for the beginning of fall by using fall styled pieces in summer colors. Today was not such a great day for it because the minute I stepped outside my body started pouring sweat, yet another mistake in thinking of the weather after I had already put the outfit together.
