Keeping Things Fresh & Natural

On days when I don't feel like fussing over my makeup, hair or outfit I usually go for the most comfortable yet still chic pieces.

A maxi skirt is such a wonderful thing to have because it is one of those easy pieces that can be worn pretty much any time of the year. You can dress it up or down and it doesn't lose its comfort level. I have it paired with a loose crop top for that bohemian natural look. As for my feet I usually throw on the most comfortable flats or my rainbow sandals. Very simple and easy to pop on for a no hassle look.

For my makeup I love using my Dior Lip Glow for the perfect natural lip that won't wash me out or scream to loudly at people. It keeps my lips moisturized with a subtle pop. For my hair I spritz a bit of my Beauty Protector in it to keep my hair detangled and soft. I can just get out of the shower, spritz it through my hair and then let it air dry. If it is a warm day like today I might put it in a loose bun so when I take it out later I will have nice smooth waves.

A lovely skincare product that inspired this look was given to me from Lucky and Seventh Generation, it is one of the Seventh Generation Boosts in Hydrating. I started using this last week when I received it in the mail. I absolutely love the scent and the texture! Nothing about it feels artificial or harmful for the skin. I have been using for a bit over a week now and my skin does feel softer and a bit more supple to the touch.

I started using it two times a day and quickly discovered that with the warm weather it made me a bit more shiny than usual with my combo skin type. So I changed it to just using it at night and that was the perfect change. It also works well with my other skincare products.

Seventh Generation has a boost serum for all skin concerns including: Hydrating, Clearing, Protecting, Revitalizing, Firming and Soothing.

I am very interested in trying the Clearing & Protecting boosts as well!

I received a free sample of this product from Lucky and Seventh Generation for use in connection with this blog
