Remember my post: I'll start tomorrow.....well finally I started today (or last Friday technically)! Yes, running outside and I have decided to get back together! I went for a lovely 2 mile run on Friday and again today and it felt so great! One of my brides writes a very motivating and fun blog called: Let's Go on a Living Spree! Talking with her and reading her blog finally lit the fire under me to get those sneaks on and get outside!
I'm hoping I can keep this relationship up and get back in shape!
