J. Burgos, designer Jennifer Burgos, was the third show I assisted Melanie Mills on with the AOFM Pro team on Feb. 7th for Concept Fashion Week. The look was very sexy and sleek which went very well with the collection.
The makeup was an exaggerated cat eye and a nude lip with some bronze sculpting.
The hair was a slicked back pony with a poof. A sophisticated yet sexy pairing with the makeup.
The collection was comprised of an array of silhouettes from fitted party/cocktail dresses, separates, flowy dresses and feminine and romantic designs. When I saw the pieces separately I didn’t really see the direction of the collection but as I looked through photos of the full collection I began to see the designer’s direction.
She created clothing that every woman can find themselves wearing from women who love pants to elegant skirts to sexy dresses to romantic dresses to bohemian chic. There is something for everyone and the dresses where made to flatter different body types.
